At about midnight on 20th April 1966 Mrs Patricia Trimarto from Westbury Leigh, Wiltshire, was getting ready for bed when she heard a car in the lane outside the house. She looked out and saw a bright object moving across the sky. After making a sketch on the children’s blackboard of what she saw, she told her husband, who suggested they contact a newspaper, who published their sighting in May 1966.
